Considera ca miscarea si alimentatia corecta transforma o persoana sedentara intr-un adevarat sportiv. Pentru el a fost nevoie de doar 3 luni ca sa devina, dintr-o persoana extrem de sedentara, o persoana activa, echilibrata si foarte pasionata de miscare.
